L : shutter opens towards left, hinges are on the left hand side

Uneven Split Measurements

Regardless, this is the first, second or other split in your shutter please provide a measurement from the left hand side of your window to the middle point of your shutter split.

Divider – Uneven Position

Dividers in shutters are for providing extra strength.

If during the ordering process you were asked to enter mid-rail position, it means your shutter is taller than 1500mm and you have chosen uneven vertical split.

Please provide a measurement from the bottom of your window to the centre of mid-rail.

Our standard mid-rail size is 76mm.

In case your shutter is higher than 2500mm then your shutter will need at least two dividers. The rule for measuring the second divider is exactly the same like for the first one, please enter a measurement from the bottom of your window to the center of the mid-rail.

Louvres

While 76mm louvres are most common, you can choose between three different sizes: 63mm, 76mm and 89mm to suit your situation or design style.

If you require larger 114mm louvres or urban louvres please contact us, they are available on a special request.

Motorised shutters have built in battery that need charging. Optionally, you can order solar panel as additional item from our online store.

Motorised tilt mechanism is controlled by the phone or tablet. You will need to download Tuya app to configure and operate your shutters.

Alternatively, and optionally you can order remote controller from our store, each remote controller can control up tp 15 motors.

Some shutters may require one, two or more motors to operate, it depends on the shutter height and number of splits or dividers. Our online ordering system calculates number of motors automatically based on information you enter during ordering process, it is reflected in final price as well.

If you choose motorised tilt mechanism for your shutters, we will contact you after you place your order for further check and confirmation.
